Training Tip #6:
"Simplify how you execute your nutrition consumption on the bike. After years of eating a gel and immediately washing it down with water or energy drink, now I just mix one gel into a 20 oz water bottle with a similar flavor of Gatorade. I spend more time in the aerobars and have reduced the chance of littering or crashing."
